Next, Nanomnia shares a business proposal with the various milestones, and once an agreement is found, a research or licensing agreement is signed before work begins.

It varies depending on the sector: for example, in cosmetics usually the development time is around 8-10 months, in agriculture it can be as long as 18-24 months.

It depends on the project: it can be totally by the client, shared or solely by Nanomnia in the case of licensing our already registered patents.

In general, our shells are composed of biocompatible and biodegradable materials, often derived from natural products such as polysaccharides, lipids, proteins, and resins.

Nanomnia performs different types of encapsulation, such as matrix entrapment, shell formation, beax, hydrogel, dry formulations. All this is done with different instrumentation depending on the specific case, e.g., spry dryer, emulsion, microencapsulator.

Nanomnia performs lab-scale production, then produces material for all tests leading to the final formulation of the active ingredient. Scale-up of production is done by the customer.

We can customize the release according to the customer's request. To date, we have conducted release tests from a few hours up to 2 weeks but can extend the release far beyond that.

Nanomnia already works with organic, REACH-approved compounds. In any case, we also collaborate with several certified companies that can provide support if further investigation is needed.

We usually define with the client 2/3 project milestones, e.g., completion of feasibility study, quality testing, greenhouse or in-plant testing.
